How to Contact Amazon Customer care executive with issue in order
Have you ever faced a problem with your order on Amazon and wished to speak or chat with their executive. Normally orders are delivered successfully and buyers don’t face any problem. But when shoppers face any problem or issue with the order, they want to discuss with the Amazon representative.

If you have faced any issues regarding any order from the above option you can click on shipping and Delivery option.
Select Contact courier option from the further drop down. After clicking on the page you can see list of courier services. You can view your courier service partner in the order details or the message you have received. Select on Contact Amazon from the Amazon Transportation services box.
