Nykaa is an online shopping platform for cosmetics. Many online shopping websites do not accept the return for cosmetics and related item due to hygiene issue. But in case if you have ordered something on experimental basis in order to try something new and do not like it or you think you have accepted a wrong product then you should know how to return on Nykaa.

But before returning anything condition in which return will not be accepted and categories which cannot be returned on Nykaa.

Returns on Nykaa will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number tampered
  • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

 Categories not eligible for Return on Nykaa

  • Electronic products / Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
  • Consumables (e.g health supplements, pills, baby products)
  • Sanitary pads and Diapers – Products should not be used, washed or dirty, The product must also be in its original box/packaging with all tags attached, to be eligible for returns.
  • Promotional products (eg: Promotional lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  • Lingerie, shapewear, swimwear and underwear
  • Accessories (under Glam & Fit category)

Now you know what can be returned on Nykaa so let’s find out how to return :

  •  Via My Orders section

Click on ‘My Orders’. Go to Order and select ‘Have a Concern’. Proceed with the reason for return.             

  • Via Chat Center

Use our chat center to raise request. Go to Nykaa > Click on right side menu> Click on ‘Chat Now’. The easiest way to create a return! 

  • Via Help Center

Click on ‘Have a Concern’>Click on ‘Submit a Request’ > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Once your request is received, Nykaa will pick the item from you. Nykaa Team will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by them in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
