How to get in touch with Amazon customer support on App?
Once you have opened the Amazon Online shopping App you need to follow below steps :
- From the left bar select the Customer Service option. You can see it at the bottom
- Once you have selected the Customer Service you will be directed to the page where you can see your last order, return and refund, account setting option. In the end, you can see “Need any Help”. Either you can select a help topic or you can Click Contact Us option
- In case you have an issue then under customer service there are two ways to get in touch either you can chat or select the option of Call us
- In case you have selected the option to chat with the customer support then you can initiate the chat and discuss your issue
- If you want a callback and have selected the Call us to option then after clicking on that you will be directed to Help topics, but if you are not satisfied then selected any option like “I want to cancel my product “.
- After selecting any issue a page will appear with topic “Here’s some help for your issue” and at the bottom of that you can see Still need any help ->Continue to Customer service ->Confirm your details so we can call you ( Here enter your mobile number on which you want the call back) -> Call me Now
How to get in touch with Amazon customer support on the website ?
- Go to Amazon.in and from the footer select Help
- Select Contact Us
- After that, you will be instructed to enter your Amazon account password. Enter Amazon Password.
- Select the option to chat, Call back or mail us
- When you select the call option you need to select the language and provide your mobile number. In 5 min you will receive call from the customer service team regarding your order.
